The Grantown Society Community Survey

Grantown Society SCIO is exploring the opportunity of purchasing the former SSE Hydro building on Grantown on Spey’s high street and is asking for public feedback through a survey.

The Society has aspirations to open the property as a “multi-use, community space” that will “cater to the different needs of both the local community and visitors“. Your support in completing the survey – as well as sharing with others who might be interested – would be very much appreciated.

Bill Sadler, Chair of the Society, says: “We are seeking everyone’s views who has a connection with the town – to request their support for our plans to create a multi-use, community space as well as to ask what services people might like to be considered in such a destination.” Bill adds: “To that end, we are working with the Impact Hub Inverness who are completing the work on behalf of Grantown Society through the Just Enterprise programme … and this short survey is a vital part of that process. All contributions will be greatly appreciated.

Please note, the survey will close on Sunday 16th April
